Can I forbid certain payment methods for my LeoPay card?

Yes, you can forbid some (or all) of the payment methods available to your card such as cash withdrawals, payments on POS and payments on the internet. Here is how:

  • LeoPay Web Platform - Log into your LeoPay account and go to “Cards” → “Settings” → “Security settings” and select/deselect the payment methods you wish to use/restrict.
  • LeoPay Mobile App - Log into your LeoPay account, go to “Cards", select the card and press “Settings”.

How can I set custom limits for my LeoPay cards?

You can set different daily, weekly or monthly transaction limits to your LeoPay cards, including ATM withdrawals, payments on POS and Internet payments. Here is how:

  • LeoPay Web Platform - Log into your LeoPay account and go to “Cards” → “Settings” → → “Security settings” and select/deselect the payment methods you wish to use/restrict.
  • LeoPay Mobile App - Log into your LeoPay account, go to “Cards", select the card and press “Settings”.

Can I get notifications for my card’s activity?

Yes, you can choose to receive email and/or SMS notifications for transactions made with your LeoPay card. To allow the notifications for a certain type of transaction Log in -> Cards -> click on the Settings icon->Notifications tab. You can also enable or disable notifications from your smartphone via the free LeoPay Mobile App. Just log in and go to “Menu” -> “Notifications” -> ”Settings”.
