How can I order a LeoPay card?

You can order a LeoPay card online directly from your LeoPay account. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  • LeoPay Web Platform - Log into your LeoPay account and go to “Cards” → ” Order Card", select the currency of your new LeoPay Card and select/create the account which you would like to link the card to. Define the embossed name on the card and the mobile number for activation. Then choose the delivery method (via postal services or via courier) and fill the delivery form.
  • LeoPay Mobile App - Log into your LeoPay account, go to “Cards” → “+” → “Order card", select the currency account which you would like to link your new LeoPay card to. Then choose the delivery method (via postal services or via courier) and fill the delivery form.

How long will it take for my LeoPay card to arrive?

For your convenience, we offer two card delivery methods – free standard delivery by post and paid express delivery by courier services. The card delivery time depends on the delivery service you have selected, when you ordered the card, as well as the delivery location. Here is a rough guide on the delivery time frame for both options:

Express Delivery by Courier

EU 3-7 business days

Non-EU 5-14 business days

Free Delivery by Post

EU up to 20 days

Non-EU up to 30 days

Please note that we can only track express delivery shipments by courier, so if you choose free delivery by post, we cannot give you an accurate delivery time. The card itself is unworkable before you personally activate it, so there is no risk of loss or theft during the transit.

Can I have my LeoPay card sent to another address, different from the registered one?

Yes, you can specify the delivery address, when ordering the card.

How do I activate my LeoPay card?

You can activate your LeoPay card in one of the following ways:

  • Card activation via the LeoPay Web Platform - Log into your LeoPay account and go to ”Cards” →” Activate LeoPay Card”. If you are using our recently updated Web Platform, go to ”Cards” →”LeoPay Cards”→ "Activate card".
  • Card activation via the LeoPay Mobile App - Log in to the LeoPay Mobile App and go to ”LeoPay Cards” → ”Activate Card”.
  • SMS activation - Send SMS with text: “LeoPay” followed by the last 6 digits of your card number
    Example: “LeoPay 123456”, to number +393387982231/+359886170011.

Please note that the SMS must be sent from the mobile number that you have registered your LeoPay account with. Once you activate your LeoPay card, you will receive a SMS with the PIN for your card.
