Where can I find the PIN code for my LeoPay card?

Each LeoPay card is issued with an individual PIN (Personal Identification Number) which is needed to make payments or to withdraw cash. When your LeoPay card is delivered to you, you will receive instructions on how to activate and receive the PIN code for your card:

  • You can locate the text message you have received upon activating your LeoPay card.
  • You will receive your PIN code via SMS by sending a text message “LeoPay” followed by the last 6 digits of your card to +359886170011 / +393387982231
    Example: LeoPay 123456

Please note, that the SMS must be sent from your mobile number registered to your LeoPay account.

I forgot my PIN. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your PIN, please send SMS with text: “LeoPay” followed by the last 6 digits of your card number to +359886170011 / +393387982231. Once you do so, you will receive SMS with your PIN.

What should I do if I entered the wrong PIN for my LeoPay card?
