Is my LeoPay account Fraud protected?

LeoPay constantly works to provide you with bank grade online and fraud protection. As a part of our measures to keep your personal data, payment credentials and financial information safe, we maintain self-selected passwords and login details, client account access and operations verification with SMS or mobile app GateKeeper, Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 technology, for secured transmissions online, automatic log-out from your account and many other security measures. LeoPay is certified on PCI DSS Level 1 and protects you from fraud by requiring pre-transaction and financial operations verification by SMS codes or by unique codes generated by the GateKeeper mobile app. Additionally, your account is constantly monitored by our team for irregular account activities and suspicious operations. We also provide you with the option to block your LeoPay account and then activate it yourself, any time you have doubts about it being compromised.

How is my LeoPay Mobile app protected?

Your LeoPay app is protected with an application password or fingerprint, which you are required to set up immediately after installing the app. LeoPay mobile app cannot be opened without the application password. Even if somebody has access to your mobile phone, he/she cannot open the app without the password. Nevertheless, for higher grade protection, in cases of loss or theft of your mobile, you can log in to your LeoPay account and: change your login credentials - login, email and password. What data does LeoPay store for my transactions?

For all your transactions we keep a full record of the transfer details, including beneficiary details (beneficiary name, beneficiary IBAN/account number), beneficiary bank details (bank name, BIC/SWIFT, country), transfer details (transaction reference, account number, account name, reference line, fee, user, execution name etc.), transaction details (transaction reference, account number, account name, account number etc.). With the details of your transactions, which we keep and provide in your account you can keep a full track of all your operations and in cases of transfer inaccuracies, mistakes, fraudulent activities request a reversal of transactions.

How does LeoPay protect my payment credentials?

Your payment credentials and all sensitive transaction data are encrypted and protected throughout our website with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

What to do if I’ve entered a password incorrectly 3 times in a row and my account has become blocked?

If you enter an incorrect password 3 times, your account will be temporarily blocked for security reasons. In case you need immediate access, please contact us on 0044 20 3129 0935.
