Which devices are compatible with the LeoPay Mobile app?

At the moment, our app is available for iPhones (iOS 10 or later) and Android (4.1 Jelly Bean or later) supported mobile phones.

What functionalities are available within the Mobile app?

With the LeoPay Mobile App you get most of the functionalities available in the web portal - you can create new currency accounts and fund them, monitor all your transactions, make transfers and order cards. You can also manage all your card security settings, set card transaction limits, lock/unlock your cards. LeoPay Mobile App gives you the experience that is right for you.

Can I change the LeoPay Mobile App language?

At the moment, for the purpose of simplicity, the language of the LeoPay Mobile app is tied with the default language of the phone. We currently support the following languages: English, Russian, Greek, Dutch, Bulgarian, Spanish, German, Italian.

Can I use the LeoPay Mobile App on a tablet?

Currently, the LeoPay Mobile App can only be installed and used on mobile phones, which support (iOS 9 or later and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or later). Our team is working hard to offer you more options and the capability to use the LeoPay mobile app on tablets as well.
